The Neighbor Fund needs your help.
The Neighbor Fund provides financial assistance to PCL&P customers who are temporarily unable to pay their home-heating bills because of emergency conditions. These grants are funded by contributions from you and thousands of other PCL&P customers. That amount is matched dollar-for-dollar by the shareholders of Consolidated Edison, Inc., PCL&P’s parent company.
Make a donation
If you’d like to make a donation to The Neighbor Fund, simply add a dollar to your energy bill (we’ll know what it’s for). You may add a dollar as often as you wish. You may also make a direct gift with a check payable to The Neighbor Fund. Please mail it to:
Pike County Light & Power Co.
One Blue Hill Plaza
Pearl River, NY 10965
Attn: Linda Feger
Alternatively, you can sign up for the Planned Contribution option by filling out the online pledge form or calling us toll-free at 1-877-434-4100. With your authorization, we’ll add the amount you wish to donate on your monthly energy bill starting at $1.
Who administers The Neighbor Fund grants?
Local human services agencies in the community, not Pike County Light & Power, decide who’s eligible to receive financial assistance.
