Nancy Karlovich has been with Pike County Light & Power since April of 2025. She brings over a decade of leadership and operational expertise in the utility industry to her role as General Manager. With a strong background in supervising field operations, managing emergency response, and ensuring regulatory compliance, Nancy is committed to delivering safe, reliable, and customer-focused energy services.
Prior to joining PCLP, Nancy held key positions at Con Edison and Central Hudson Gas & Electric, where she led teams in gas construction, compliance training, and engineering planning. Her hands-on experience in dispatching field crews, overseeing contractor performance, and implementing safety protocols has made her a trusted leader in utility operations.
Nancy is known for her strategic planning, strong labor relations skills, and dedication to fostering a culture of safety and accountability. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Social Science, Nancy is passionate about continuous improvement and community engagement. She plays a vital role in ensuring Pike County Light & Power meets its operational goals while upholding the highest standards of service and environmental stewardship.
